We feel it is integral to our recruitment process to give many young people the opportunity to experience what a day is like working at EFT and what to expect of an apprenticeship.
The majority of our work experience people have gone on to secure a full apprenticeship and transition in to junior engineers.
So far 2019 has seen over 15 people gain work experience with us and we look forward to 2020 when we hope to see a lot more new faces and people who are interested in a future in our industry!
