EFT have been welcoming some school work placements over the last couple of weeks. Morgan and Tuuli were given the opportunity to be mentored by our engineers and get an understadniing of what the Fire and Security Industry is all about. Both quickly found their feet and thoroughly enjoyed their placements especially Tuuli who was quite nervous about coming into the work place. Tuuli’s mum had been in touch with us to let us know of her concerns around Tuuli’s autism and anxiety which we were able to take on board and structure her placement accordingly.
