EFT Director Jordan was busy helping to conduct more mock interviews at local school, Birkdale High in December
Over 60 pupils attended to learn vital interview techniques and feedback for the next steps in their career paths.
Jordan advised “it was another really successful day for everyone concerned and for us here at EFT to give back to our community. It is great to see how prepared the young people are for these interviews and for them to be so engaged in the process is really positive. We even had one young person who actively attended to seek me out so that I could interview him for one of our apprenticeships. How great is that!!”
