EFT Systems are thrilled to be awarded a second major contract for Anchor, one of the UK’s leading provider of social housing and care homes. Anchor have a reputation built on more than 40 years’ experience providing services to 40,000 people each day across approximately 1000 locations in England.
This contract will see EFT deliver Anchor’s Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting over a 3 year period in Area 5 East Coast UK, valued at circa £3M. This will supplement EFT’s existing Contract in Area 4 North West Region.
This contract will provide the opportunity for EFT Systems to support Anchor in the delivery of shared values: ‘giving older people a choice of great places and ways to live. We do this by treating our colleagues and customers as individuals and by building meaningful, long-term relationships based on happiness, openness and respect.’
The contract will also provide further opportunity for EFT to provide Social Value and Community benefits both locally and within the new areas we operate. This will include: Employment, Training and Upskilling, Apprentices, Local Supply Chain Opportunity and supporting Community Projects.
